About this Blog

WANDERLUST: A strong, innate desire to rove or travel about.

Welcome!

The Earlywine Family (Stacy, Randy, Bodhi and Joshua) loves wanderlusting. We created this blog to share stories, pictures, musings and more with you….family, friends and fellow travelers.

When we are not on the road, we are at home in Seattle dreaming up our next adventure.

For a quick visual and text overview of our last year long adventure please view our photo journal.

On this site, in addition to stories and photos you will find info on who we are as well as packing lists, itineraries, maps and other
information about traveling, traveling with children and
general wanderlusting. We hope you will find something useful here or at least something entertaining.

Travel is fatal
to
prejudice,
bigotry,
and
narrow mindedness,
and many
of our people
need it
sorely on
these accounts. Broad,
wholesome, charitable
views of men
and things
cannot
be acquired
by
vegetating in
one little corner
of
the earth
all one’s lifetime.

~Mark Twain

The author(s) retain the right to use unusual punctuation,
inventive grammar and creative spelling. We also freely pontificate and may be highly opinionated. We aim to infuse humor and thought provoking content into our blog but sometimes it may be neither funny nor thought provoking.

You get to decide.

We promise to share only the best pictures and not too many of them.

We appreciate that you have taken the time to check us out. If you know anyone who might benefit from the information presented here, please pass this along.

We feel very lucky to have had this opportunity to travel and we hope to inspire others to follow their bliss, to craft their own adventures… whatever they may be.
